• All products are in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Delivery times:

• Standard shipping (via DHL): 5 business days.
• For small items, a cheaper shipping option is available; however, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
  

Preorder Terms

• Preorder items have an estimated processing time of 3-4 weeks before they are ready to ship.
• If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped only after the preorder item is ready to dispatch.
• If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for preorder and non-preorder items.

You may only cancel or modify your order if it has not yet shipped. Please reach out via the contact form for any cancellation or modification requests.

Customs Duties and Taxes

• For non-U.S. orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Failure to Pay Duties

• If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to me, I will issue a partial refund. Please note that the shipping charges for both the initial shipment and the return will be deducted from your refund.
• If you have any questions about customs duties or taxes, I recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Missing Packages

• I will not be liable for missing packages, whether stolen or lost, if the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered.
• If your package never arrives or is damaged during delivery, please reach out via the contact form, and I will issue a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the product(s) in your order.

Undeliverable Packages

• Packages returned as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, recipient being unavailable, etc.) can be redelivered for an additional shipping charge.

Products can be returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original condition.
• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All related shipping costs are covered by you.
• Size exchanges are only permitted if the desired size is still in stock.

Note: For countries with high import taxes, additional customs charges may apply. I strongly recommend referring to the size chart and selecting the correct size to avoid unnecessary costs and delays.

You can use the recommended sizing tool under any product listing to help determine your size. Please note that this tool may not be suitable for all body types.

For more accurate sizing, refer to the exact product measurements provided in the product description.

As per my return policy, all shipping costs for exchanges or refunds due to incorrect sizing will be your responsibility.

None! All products are cut-and-sew.

This means that instead of printing on pre-produced blank apparel, my products are made from scratch—raw fabric is cut and sewn together to create each garment. This ensures higher-quality products and silhouettes that are unique to my store.

Most products (unless specified in the product description) can be machine washed on a gentle, cool cycle.

Important:

• Items are not pre-shrunk, so washing on high heat or machine-drying is not recommended.
• Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery.
