Delivery times:

• DHL Express Worldwide: 2–5 business days
• UPS Worldwide Saver: 5-7 business days
• Pos Malaysia International: 11–21 business days (small items only)

Most items typically arrive within a week; however, delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances. Although estimated delivery times are provided, please note that factors beyond our control may influence final delivery.

You may only cancel or modify your order if it has not yet shipped. Please reach out via the contact form for any cancellation or modification requests.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Effective July 1, 2025

To help prevent customers from incurring unexpected import charges, a minimum duty charge will be collected at checkout for all non-U.S. international orders. This upfront collection is based on estimated duties for the destination country. If the actual duties exceed the amount collected, we will cover the difference.

For U.S. orders, if any customs fees or duties are applied, these will also be billed to us, not the customer. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience, even if it means absorbing additional costs on our end.

Missing Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported missing or stolen.

If your package never arrives or is damaged during delivery, please reach out via the contact form. We will issue a refund or replacement, depending on product availability.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or unavailable recipient can be redelivered upon request. However, additional shipping charges will apply.

Products can be returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original condition.
• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All related shipping costs are covered by you.
• Size exchanges are only permitted if the desired size is still in stock.

Note: For countries with high import taxes, additional customs charges may apply. We strongly recommend referring to the size chart and selecting the correct size to avoid unnecessary costs and delays.

You can use the recommended sizing tool under any product listing to help determine your size. Please note that this tool may not be suitable for all body types.

For more accurate sizing, refer to the exact product measurements provided in the product description.

As per our return policy, all shipping costs for exchanges or refunds due to incorrect sizing will be your responsibility.

None! All products are cut-and-sew.

This means that instead of printing on pre-produced blank apparel, our products are made from scratch- raw fabric is cut and sewn together to create each garment. This ensures higher-quality products and silhouettes that are unique to muscleharem.

Most products (unless specified in the product description) can be machine washed on a gentle, cool cycle.

Important: Items are not pre-shrunk, so washing on high heat or machine-drying is not recommended.

Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery.
